When you charter your own yacht, you also get to plan your own itinerary. Do you prefer to spend your time snorkeling or lying on the beach? Do you want to check out the island culture of Isla Grande or just wave goodbye as you pass by? The plan is completely up to you (and the weather, obviously) and you can make the day your own.
The itinerary that you follow really depends on what your preferences are, especially in regards to the amount of time that you want to spend doing activities. We highly recommend including the Rosario Islands in any itinerary. Here, you will find the white sand beaches and crystalline water that you imagine when planning your Cartagena beach vacation. You can also find great snorkeling either right off the beach or on the nearby coral reef.
To make the most out of your time, you can even choose to have the boat leave you in Isla Grande where you can spend the night and then take a boat shuttle back the next day. The Rosario Islands are one of the best places to swim with bioluminescence in the world and people of all ages will be delighted to see these magical plankton sparkle to life around them.
