The butlers, Jairo and Javier, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From running errands to picking up groceries, they were always available and attentive. The maids were also incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient in keeping the villa spotless. Our host, Sev, was outstanding. He was highly communicative, responsive, and provided all the information we needed. His thoughtful suggestions and clear guidance made the entire stay seamless, and we had a fantastic itinerary for our time in Cartagena.
