You can’t get a much better sunset view than the city walls and Cafe del Mar has a prime location on Baluarte de Santo Domingo, the westernmost part of Cartagena’s fortifications. There are amazing views out over the Caribbean and it is a great place to grab a cocktail and a snack while you watch the sun go done. Make sure to go early as Cafe del Mar is one of the most popular bars in Cartagena and seats fill up quickly.
